Dr Jamie Paychev bought out the practice from my previous dentist. It takes some time to get to know your new dentist. I have a very complicated mouth. I had the opportunity to meet her parents when she was transitioning. Great people. It was fun to see her family support. Today Dr. Paychev fixed a front tooth with some on going issues. She did a fabulous job; I’m so happy with it. She fit me into her full schedule and gave me all the time needed to do great work. So, yes, I am happy to be a patient of hers. (My father was a fabulous dentist in this same area years ago. It’s hard to find someone I trust as much. I trust Dr Jamie and couldn’t be happier.)

I just finished getting a crown. The process was pain-free and easy. My crown matches my other teeth perfectly. The temporary was the best i have ever experienced. I have already recommended Dr Paychev to my friends. It does take 2 weeks for the lab to return the crown so this is a 2 visit procedure

I highly recommend this office for taking care of your teeth. I followed Dr. Jamie from the previous office that she worked. She is very gentle and pays attention to details. I would give Dr Jamie Paychev and her staff 6 stars if it was allowed. I called Dr. Jamie on a Friday for a severe toothache. Even though her office is closed on Fridays, she returned my call and scheduled an office visit for the next day, Saturday, to examine me. She determined the pain was coming from beneath a tooth and I would need a root canal. She used her network to schedule an endodontist to have the procedure done the following Monday morning. The root canal fixed the problem. I been going to Dr. Jamie and hygienist Leslee for routine dental maintenance for over a year. They do a really good job explaining the meaning of the things they see and giving me the pros and cons of alternatives. I appreciate that Dr. Jamie has an exceptionally light touch for giving pain-free anesthetic. As I said I would like to give Dr. Jamie and her staff 6 stars.

I just had my first visit to see Dr. Walker and I would highly recommend her and her team. The hygienist did a great job thoroughly cleaning my teeth without pain and Dr. Walker seemed very knowledgable. I explained that I generally don't need anything more than a cleaning and so prefer a minimalist approach to dental care, less frequent x-rays and taking a wait-and-see approach to minor problems. Whereas other dentists have tried to scare me or talk me out of this approach, Dr. Walker was supportive. So nice to work with a dentist who listens and seems truly patient-centered.

As a kid in Brooklyn NY in the 50's, my "dentist" had an old belt driven drill and did not use novocaine. Awful, permanent memories ingrained in my brain of the pain, smell, noise. I think the world of Dr. Walker and highly recommend her and her team. My hygienist was 10 minutes late, which made me late for an appointment that followed--not the end of the world, but perhaps some time could have been made up if the usual questions related to COVID, medicines and allergies could have been asked via email ahead of time--much like Stanford Health does.

Very safe environment: they check temperature, and have a good questionnaire to make sure their patients are safe; the staff and dentists are all vaccinated. Everyone wears N95 orKN95 masks, face shields, etc. and they are very conscious of sanitation. My hygienist was very thorough, and gentle enough that it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I've had procedures there pre-pandemic, and they are VERY GOOD and making the patient comfortable during even long procedures like crowns. And they are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Leslee is the best. Dr. Walker and her staff are friendly, kind, and courteous. I always feel comfortable there. Their Covid procedures are impeccable and I felt safe going there. I almost don't want to tell anyone how great they are because it will make it harder to get an appointment. 🙂 But seriously, run, don't walk to Dr. Walker's office!

Saw the doctor today, and was amazed at how COVID safe it was, especially the professionals who work in the office. Dr. Walker assessed my issue, and I decided then to request that she be my permanent dentist. She does not perform work that doesn't need to be done just to make money. I would again give her office five stars!

I had a crown come off while chewing a mouthful of these! I was scheduled a day later. I was so impressed with Dr Walker’s Covid-19 protocol. I felt very safe and welcomed. The crown re-seat went well, with no surprises... and they even squeezed me in for a cleaning! I usually have Leslee(a great hygienist) but she was not available, and I got scheduled with a new hygienist named Cassondra. She recently graduated Foothill College Hygienist School under Dr Walker’s tutelage. I have to say, it was one of the best cleanings I have ever had. First, I was not shamed for waiting 18 months to have a cleaning, she was thorough, explained every move, was extremely knowledgeable about everything..mouth! ...and was bubbly and kind...win/win...win! This year has been tough for us all, and our healthcare plans... Dr. Walker’s office welcomed me with open (socially distant) arms, and was more than accommodating. If you are afraid of getting your teeth touched...please give Dr. Walker’s office a call...Lauren is an amazing office manager!

I just had my first visit to this dental office for my hygiene visit since COVID hit. Dr Walker's staff were very careful and they have implemented the latest protocols to keep everyone safe! Our entire family joined Dr.Walker's dental office about 6 month ago, including 2 kids ages 8 & 10. We love her. She is honest. She is very thorough. She explains well. She doesn't find things that are not there ( sadly I had some strange experiences in the past where cavities that were not there, I told were there). My husband has a major challenge and she got him in quickly and referred to specialists right away ( good specialists too!). Kids loved her too. I feel that I can very much trust her and that she's got my back. Plus there is a connection, truly human connection that is so hard to find nowadays. Thank you Marisa, its been a pleasure 🙂

This place is amazing. They are all very nice and easy to talk to. They go out of their way to ensure your comfort. They have a good sense of humor. They use new/improved technology (like the tooth camera?!) and explain everything they are doing in great, easy to understand detail. I've even been flossing since I went (thanks for not judging). I've had anxiety over dental visits for years. I can honestly say that from my initial contact with the lovely Stephanie on the front desk to my appointment with Leslee, my dental hygienist, who is so sweet and friendly, I was more relaxed than I can ever remember being at a Dental office. Dr Walker is very thorough and professional but also caring and funny. She has a very gentle technic and was able to perform a filling on me without any anaesthesia.
